Licences
Each purchase saves the licence terms from the moment you pay. Your account keeps receipts and download links when the product allows.
Support
Plain answers for buyers and creators: licences, delivery, cart and checkout, how sellers get paid through Stripe, and how to reach a person when you need one.
PhotoPulse keeps licensing straightforward: after you pay, your account holds receipts and download links. Cart and checkout stay on PhotoPulse so your sign-in and payment stay in one secure place.

Digital goods unlock after payment succeeds. Previews stay watermarked until then, so creators keep control until you have paid.
Start with Contact for billing and rights questions. For acceptable-use or abuse concerns, use Report a concern below or the form on a listing; we review each report carefully. See Legal, refunds and disputes for how we approach outcomes.
Connect Stripe Express under Seller → Payouts after store setup. See Sell on PhotoPulse for the full creator overview.
Use Register on this site, then sign in. Your account hub lists orders and receipts; you need an account before checkout.
Cart and checkout always run on PhotoPulse’s shop, even when you first discover work on a creator’s own store site. That keeps payment and your signed-in session in one secure place.
Store-only work is meant to be bought through the creator’s own storefront, not the central marketplace cart. You can still open the listing on PhotoPulse for context; checkout follows the route that studio chose for that listing.
After payment, open Orders in your account and choose the order. Paid line items show time-limited download links where delivery is enabled.
Sign in, go to Seller hub, and complete store setup (slug and title). Then add listings and optional marketing pages from the dashboard.
After your store exists, open Account, then Seller hub, then Payouts. You link a Stripe Express account there; Stripe collects identity and bank details. Where Connect destination charges are enabled, your connected account can receive your share on eligible single-store checkouts.
Open Help and use “Report a concern” at the bottom, or use the form on a listing. Choose a reason, add context (order numbers help), and submit. We log each report for trust and safety review.
Use the Contact page for anything that needs a human - partnerships, press, rights-sensitive issues, or support escalations.
Use this confidential form for copyright worries, misleading listings, harassment, spam, or other acceptable-use issues. If you are signed in, we can tie your report to orders more easily. For general questions, use Contact instead.
