Support
Straight answers for buyers and creators — licences, delivery, cart and checkout, Stripe payouts for sellers, and where to go when something needs a human.
PhotoPulse keeps licensing clear: your account holds order receipts and download links after payment. The platform shop host runs cart and checkout so your session stays in one secure place.

Digital goods unlock after successful payment. Previews stay watermarked until checkout completes — creators keep control until the handshake is done.
Start with Contact for billing and rights questions. For acceptable-use or abuse concerns, use Report a concern below or the form on a listing — we triage reports alongside the roadmap in Legal → Refunds & disputes.
Stripe Express onboarding lives under Seller → Payouts (sign in after store setup). See Sell on PhotoPulse for the creator programme overview.
Use Register on this site, then sign in. Your account hub lists orders and receipts; you need an account before checkout.
Cart and checkout run on the platform shop host (the URL configured as the public shop). That keeps payment and your signed-in session in one place — even when you discover work on a creator’s own store.
Store-only work is sold through the creator’s storefront, not the central marketplace cart. You may still open the same listing on the platform shop for context; checkout completes on the path the studio uses for that visibility.
After payment, open Orders in your account and choose the order. Paid line items show time-limited download links where delivery is enabled.
Sign in, go to Seller hub, and complete store setup (slug and title). Then add listings and optional marketing pages from the dashboard.
After your store exists, open Account → Seller hub → Payouts (or go to /account/seller/payments). You link a Stripe Express account there — identity and bank details are collected by Stripe. When the platform enables Connect destination charges, your connected account can receive your share on eligible single-store checkouts.
Open Help and use “Report a concern” at the bottom of the page, or use the form on any listing. Choose a reason, add context (order IDs help), and submit — entries are stored for trust and safety review.
Use the Contact page for anything that needs a human — partnerships, press, rights-sensitive issues, or support escalations.
Use this confidential intake for copyright worries, misleading listings, harassment, spam, or other acceptable-use issues. Signed-in reporters help us correlate with orders; you may also use Contact for general enquiries.
